Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6–10 years of full-time experience in AI, data science, or ML.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing, building, maintaining high-impact production AI/ML on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Agile (Jira), and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment and optimization.
• Identify innovations through research and analysis to improve processes.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
