Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI/ML initiatives across clients, delivering cutting-edge AI engineering solutions. You will work with diverse teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI systems that learn, reason, and generate outputs tailored to business requirements in cloud and on-prem environments.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, ensure responsible deployment, monitor performance, and continuously improve models while engaging with clients to understand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in AI, data science, and/or ML.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python and ability to lead, collaborate and communicate with hybrid/global teams.
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment and optimization.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis to improve processes.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI engineering initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
