Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI workstreams from design to production, delivering scalable AI/ML solutions and driving responsible deployment. You will collaborate with diverse teams and clients to unify data sources, enrich analytics, and derive actionable insights across environments including cloud and on-premises.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure quality and governance, and push innovations in GenAI, LLMs, and MLOps while progressing your career within EY’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• 6-10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficient in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Dall-e, Langchain, RAG).
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn and PyTorch.
• Experience with natural language processing and deep learning.
• Extensive experience in DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps), Agile methodologies (Jira), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps and ML workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through deployment and optimization.
• Drive continuous process improvements through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI engineering initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and guide workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
