Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 6–10 years of hands-on AI, data science, or ML experience.
• 2–4 years directly leading technical teams.
• Strong Python programming and cloud platform experience.
• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and MLOps practices.
• Proven ability to lead diverse, hybrid, global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment.
• Drive innovative AI engineering with clients and teams.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering complex AI initiatives.
• Engage with clients and guide workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and optimize engagement economics.
