Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI workstreams, deliver scalable AI/ML solutions, and guide teams across data, analytics, and software engineering. You will work with clients to design innovative AI systems, deploy production-grade models, and ensure responsible deployment and ongoing optimization.

You will collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, applying deep expertise in Python, MLOps, and modern AI frameworks, while driving engagement growth and technical excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of AI, Data Science, ML experience.
• 2-4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience designing and maintaining production AI/ML on major cloud platform.
• Proficient in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Jira, CI/CD for analytics solutions.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps and ML workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through deployment and optimization.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
