Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of relevant AI, Data Science, and/or ML experience.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Proficient in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with ML tools and DevOps (Git, Azure DevOps), Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment and optimization.
• Improve processes by researching and implementing innovative solutions.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI engineering initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
