EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to deliver modern AI engineering, machine learning, and generative AI solutions for diverse clients. You will lead teams to design, build, and deploy scalable data systems and analytics across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring responsible AI practices and measurable results.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers, guide technical development, and drive client value while advancing your career within EY’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6–10 years in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks (OpenAI, DALL-E, LangChain, RAG).
• Experience with ML packages like scikit-learn and PyTorch.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience in DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps and ML workflows.

Responsabilités

• Leading AI workstreams from design through production deployment and optimization.
• Identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis to improve processes.
• Managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex AI initiatives with quality and responsible deployment.
• Engaging with clients and leading workstreams from planning to execution to closure.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services and managing engagement economics.
