Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to deliver advanced AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities across cloud and on‑premise environments. You will lead diverse teams, translate complex data sources into actionable insights, and guide clients through production deployments while upholding regulatory and governance standards.

You will collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive value, manage delivery, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–10 years of AI, Data Science, and/or ML experience.
• 2–4 years leading technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and cloud platform experience.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse, hybrid and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage delivery of AI/ML initiatives.
• Drive process improvements through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams and ensure high-quality, scalable analytics solutions.
• Engage with clients and guide project planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities contexts.
• Work with SCADA, AMI, GIS, EAM, OMS, CIS data sources and integrate into modern analytics platforms.
