EY is recruiting for a Manager in AI Native Engineering to deliver scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities clients. You will lead diverse teams, translate business needs into analytics applications, and collaborate with clients to drive value in regulated environments.

You will work on modern data platforms, leverage cloud and on‑prem environments, and guide projects from conception to production while upholding governance and risk management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstreams and ensure effective delivery across projects.
• Continuously improve processes through research and analysis.
• Manage professional staff and supervise teams on complex initiatives.
• Engage actively with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases relevant to Power & Utilities.
