EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead data science and big data initiatives for Power & Utilities clients. You will deliver scalable AI/ML solutions, assess regulated environments, and collaborate with diverse global teams to drive innovation and business value.

You will work across cloud and on‑prem environments to industrialize analytics, guide data pipelines, and ensure governance and security in fast‑paced client engagements.

Formación

• A Bachelor's degree required (4‑year).
• 6–10 years of full‑time AI, data science experience.
• 2–4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and scalable AI solutions.
• Proficient with generative AI models and ML tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workstreams and manage processes and projects.
• Improve processes through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities.
