Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to shape scalable AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities. You’ll work with clients and cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy advanced analytics platforms that unify data and drive insights.

You will guide data scientists and engineers, ensure governance and security, and help scale solutions from pilots to production while navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of full-time AI/DS/ML experience.
• 2–4 years of direct management of technical teams.
• Strong Python proficiency and cloud platform experience.
• Ability to lead diverse, hybrid, global teams and client engagements.
• Experience delivering production AI/ML solutions in asset-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage project processes and outcomes.
• Identify innovative improvements through research and analysis.
• Oversee professional staff and supervise teams delivering complex initiatives.
• Engage with clients in sessions, guiding from planning to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities and regulatory analytics.
• Translate data into business insights for executives and regulators.
