Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking an AI ML Engineering Director who will design, build, and scale innovative AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients. You will collaborate with data scientists, project managers, and business leaders to translate needs into executable ML workflows and robust agentic systems.

You will define architectures for LLM-based agents, integrate RAG pipelines, and lead end-to-end project lifecycles across engagement teams, often traveling to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in ML/AI or master's with ~18 months experience.
• Experience with multi-modal agent frameworks and retrieval systems.
• Strong knowledge of ML workflows, data pipelines, and model evaluation at scale.
• Fluent Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow; API design for ML models.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into executable AI workflows and ML agentic systems.
• Define end-to-end architecture for agents integrating LLMs and data ingestion.
• Lead model selection, feature design, embedding strategies, and prompts.
• Build scalable, versioned data pipelines; collaborate with executives and engineers.

Bachelor's degree + 2 years related work experience
