You’ll lead a team through end‑to‑end project lifecycles, architect scalable pipelines, and own delivery of AI/ML components—from prototypes to production—while partnering with executives to shape

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field with 5 years of experience; or a graduate degree with ~3 years of experience.
• Full‑time, hands‑on experience applying AI/ML to real‑world problems.
• Familiarity with multi‑modal agent frameworks (LangChain, Haystack, RAG pipelines).
• Expertise in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma), retrieval systems, and LLM fine‑tuning.
• Strong understanding of structured data merging, schema linking, and model evaluation at scale.
• Strong ML workflow knowledge from data ingest to deployment and evaluation.
• Fluency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and API design around ML models.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into AI workflows, data pipelines, and product specs.
• Define end‑to‑end architecture for agents integrating LLMs and RAG components.
• Lead model selection, feature design, embedding strategy, and prompt frameworks.
• Design robust, scalable data pipelines that are versioned and reproducible.
• Collaborate on pipeline integration, data normalization, and deployment.
• Mentor engineers, conduct reviews, and refine LOE and roadmaps.
• Deliver AI/ML components from prototype to production (APIs, dashboards).
