Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. The role covers memory patterns, RAG, context management, and distributed inference, with hands-on coding and mentoring within the Knowledge/Data team.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Experience with AI native software development tools / code assistants.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI native design processes and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designs.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic chunking/search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
