Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will work on multi-agent systems, RAG, semantic chunking, and distributed inference, alongside AI-native design processes and cross-functional collaboration.

This role requires 5+ years in software engineering and AI, an advanced degree, and hands-on coding.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required.
• 5+ years experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understanding AI native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Microsoft Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search features.
• Implement and test architectures; benchmark against agent and human evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Guide agent design requirements through AI-native design processes.
• Survey emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
