Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. You’ll work on multi-agent memory systems, RAG, semantic chunking, and inference optimization in distributed environments.

You will mentor team members, collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts, and contribute to IP filings while supporting business development and conferences.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Experience with AI native development tools/code assist.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmark performance against evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support strategic business development and IP filings.
• Present at academic conferences and mentor team members.
