Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will work on memory, context, RAG and cross-system integration in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering and AI, with expertise in frontier models, memory architectures, and AI native development tools. Hybrid work and comprehensive rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools/code assist.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design process and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD, code hosting and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against AI and human evals.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architecture across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with architectural experts in AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure.
• Support strategic business development and present at conferences.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
