Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. You will work on multi-agent systems, RAG-driven context, and scalable inference, mentoring the Knowledge/Data team and shaping strategic technical directions.

The role demands deep expertise in memory architectures, AI model fine-tuning, and distributed architectures, with a proven ability to collaborate across security, data, and infrastructure teams

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native environments.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search capabilities.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against agent and human evaluations.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead and mentor team members; drive AI native design processes.
• Perform primary/secondary research on memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development activities for emerging tech as needed.
• Present at academic conferences and contribute to IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team members.
