Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Lead AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise AI use cases. You will lead a team of AI Architects focusing on multi-agent memory systems and context management, with emphasis on RAG, semantic chunking, and scalable inference.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI Frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design processes and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with modern IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, and collaboration tools (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against agent and human evals.
• Create replication-friendly integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead AI Native design process and drive requirements.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at conferences and contribute to IP filings.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members in building knowledge systems.
• Lead a team of experts in Knowledge AI and data systems.
