Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise multi-agent systems. You will develop replicable integration frameworks and advance context management with RAG and semantic chunking.

Lead cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to IP filings while delivering scalable AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and code assistance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages like Go, Rust, Java.
• Understanding AI native design processes and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems replicated across AI-native environments.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals from agents and humans.
• Create replicable frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure experts for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development and IP filings.
