Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design scalable memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI. You will shape multi-agent systems, RAG, semantic chunking, and context management across hybrid environments.

Expect hands-on coding, mentoring, and collaboration with security, data and infrastructure teams. The role requires an advanced degree and 5+ years in software/AI, with experience in frontier models and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI Frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Use of AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Familiarity with Python, Bash and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization via context management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI native platforms.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against AI evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI native design processes.
• Stay informed on emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development for emerging tech; present at conferences.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members; hands-on coding.
