Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will lead multi-agent design patterns, implement efficient inference pipelines, and collaborate across AI, security, and data teams in a fast-paced environment.

You should have deep knowledge of RAG, context management, and model tuning, with experience in Nvidia NVAIE and Azure AI stacks, plus strong mentoring abilities for the Knowledge / Data team.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI Frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Proficiency with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java, etc.
• Understanding of AI native design processes and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Hands-on experience with Nvidia NVAIE and Microsoft Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems with RAG and semantic chunking.
• Benchmark architectures against agent/human evaluations.
• Create replicable integration frameworks across systems.
• Drive design requirements and implement via AI-native processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development activities for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members.
