Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use. The role covers multi-agent systems, RAG-based contexts, and scalable inference, with hands-on coding and mentoring of the knowledge/data team.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree and 5+ years in software engineering and AI, plus familiarity with AI frontier models, Python, and Go. This is a remote role across the US with a hybrid collaboration model.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native tools and code assistance.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, Rust, Java.
• Understanding of model fine tuning and context management.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designs.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Benchmark architectures against AI/engineering evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive design requirements and implement via AI-native processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams.
• Support business development and present at conferences.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members; hands-on coding.
