Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. You will drive multi-agent memory design, context systems, and scalable integration frameworks across AI-native platforms, collaborating with security, data, and infrastructure teams.

The role demands 5+ years of AI/software experience, advanced degrees, and hands-on coding.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding AI native design process and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps and Nvidia NVAIE/Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems replicated across AI-native designs.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search.
• Implement and test architectures and benchmark against evals.
• Develop replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Lead design requirements and drive implementation through AI-native processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging technology.
• Present at conferences and assist with IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
