Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise use cases. The role covers multi-agent systems, RAG-enabled contexts, and scalable inference strategies across AI-native platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering and AI, advanced degrees in STEM, and proficiency with AI tools and modern CI/CD ecosystems. EY offers a hybrid, flexible environment with broad advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE/CS/Math required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q and GitHub.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and Go/Rust/Java.
• Understand AI native design processes and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine-tuning and context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps), and Nvidia NVAIE/Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems replicated across AI-native platforms.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search.
• Implement, test, and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create reusable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development and present at conferences; help IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring of Knowledge/Data team members.
