Job summary

SweetRush is seeking a Senior AI Learning Experience Designer for a remote-friendly, US-based role. You will partner with enterprise clients to craft interactive AI-enabled learning solutions, from discovery to delivery, balancing UX/UI design with real-time prototyping and data-driven outcomes.

You will lead hands-on prototyping, design journeys, and manage risk while collaborating with senior stakeholders across live and virtual formats. Immediate start and a 40-hour week are expected.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5+ years in training and development/learning experience design.
• Grounded Learning Science Foundation: establish high-level learning strategies, needs analysis, and instructional frameworks.
• Hands-on UX/UI: UI building, user research, wireframing, usability testing; active builder.
• AI Prototyping & Generative AI: direct experience building working prototypes and AI workflows.
• Real-time client facilitation: interface with senior partners, ideate live, prototype interactively.
• Bias toward building: hands-on prototyping and execution over pure specifications.
• Strong analytical, data literacy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presence, pitching, and written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, cloud collaboration tools, LMS/LXP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders from discovery to delivery as learning consultant.
• Build wireframes and functional prototypes in real-time during client sessions; iterate quickly.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys across live, virtual, and digital modalities with AI elements.
• Apply hands-on AI prototyping across the workflow, ensuring pedagogical quality and outcomes.
• Navigate AI-related risks including data privacy, bias, reliability, accessibility, and compliance.
• Define, analyze, and act on learning data and success metrics beyond completion rates.
• Apply design thinking, conduct design sprints, and lead revision cycles with SMEs.
• Plan and support live, virtual, and blended learning events with facilitation materials.
• Contribute to client pitches and strategy presentations with senior leadership.
