Job summary

SweetRush seeks a mid‑to‑senior level SME for AI‑Powered Creative Strategy, Design and Measurement. This remote, freelance position guides quality and fidelity reviews of a four-course Coursera specialization, ensuring currency and practical tool usage.

You will review, refine, and augment AI-drafted content, align with Meta best practices, and collaborate with Coursera and Learning Design teams to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in creative strategy, ad design, performance creative, or digital campaign development.
• Hands-on experience developing, testing, or directing mobile-first and AI-assisted ad creative for Meta campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta ad best practices across Facebook and Instagram placements.
• Experience in agencies or in-house creative teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review source webinars and supporting documents to evaluate generated outlines for logical flow and structure.
• Attend live alignment calls to validate content at the structural level.
• Review course atlases to ensure they mirror standards and flag errors.
• Test interactive components in the live Coursera staging environment end-to-end.
• Ensure content accuracy, brand alignment and completeness throughout QA.
