Job summary

KarmaCheck is building AI-driven verification and credentialing for healthcare staffing, integrating with Bullhorn, Workday, and other HRIS ecosystems. You will act as the technical expert for integrations, scoping solutions, and delivering customer-ready implementations with autonomy.

In this role you will design data flows, map fields, and drive API changes with product leadership, while ensuring successful go-lives across customer environments, working remotely within the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management, integration or solutions architecture with direct customer interaction.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and authentication.
• Strong written requirements and project execution delivering clear specs for engineers.
• Integration experience across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical voice on customer and prospect calls during customization and non-standard use.
• Enable AI products to run inside customer systems by aligning API changes and partner integrations.
• Design data flows and mapping to fit a customer’s systems and configurations.
• Own customer solutions end-to-end with engineering: write requirements, breakdown work, track delivery.
• Act as technical liaison for Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, Workday and partner ecosystems.
• Document recurring integration questions into guides and prepare scalable solutions.
