Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a software engineering professional to design, develop and implement digital solutions that optimize Payer Operations and metadata workflows. The role requires building end-to-end integration patterns across cloud-native SaaS, Epic EMR, and data platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will lead with a focus on quality, governance, and performance, applying AI/ML where relevant and delivering scalable, maintainable systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing data-intensive software
• Strong SQL and relational data modeling skills
• Proficient in Python and cloud-based data warehousing
• Experience with Epic EMR or healthcare data is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and optimize performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end integration patterns between cloud-native SaaS, Epic EMR, and data platforms.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews for reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and Business leads to refine requirements and propose design patterns.
• Explore AI/ML tools to drive innovation and automation.
• Create documentation and governance artifacts for platform self-service.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure scalable solutions.
