Jobgether is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager, Customer Solutions in the United States. You will lead AI-enabled product deployments and integrations across ATS, VMS, HCM, HRIS, and custom apps, coordinating with product, engineering, and customer success teams.

You will translate complex workflows into scalable technical solutions, design data flows and API enhancements, and manage partnerships with Bullhorn, Symplr, Workday, and other platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years in technical product/solutions integration or architecture within software.
• Strong customer-facing experience balancing technical needs with expectations.
• Hands-on with REST APIs, data mapping, authentication, and test tooling.
• Able to read API docs and test API calls independently.
• Translate requests into clear technical specs for engineering.
• Proven project execution from requirements to go-live.
• Experience integrating multiple software systems and data exchange.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical audiences.
• Organizational skills and independent work style.
• Ability to spot recurring problems and craft reusable docs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical integration and activation of AI-powered products in customer environments.
• Serve as technical expert in customer conversations about custom workflows and API capabilities.
• Design end-to-end integration solutions connecting ATS, VMS, HCM, HRIS systems and custom apps.
• Define data flows, mappings, auth, error handling for interoperability.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate needs into actionable tasks and go-live plan.
• Manage partnerships with technology platforms and external vendors.
• Evaluate approaches, trade-offs, and propose practical scalable solutions.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Customer Success and Implementation teams.
