Job summary

AMD is seeking a technical leader to drive system‑level validation for AI servers and accelerated computing platforms in Secaucus, NJ. You will define validation strategies and lead complex efforts spanning hardware, firmware, software, networking, and infrastructure domains.

You will build automated validation frameworks, telemetry pipelines, and large‑scale test infrastructure from bring‑up to customer deployment readiness, mentoring engineers and influencing cross‑functional decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience validating server, rack-scale, or data center platforms with strong hardware‑software integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional technical initiatives and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level, rack-level, and cluster-scale validation strategy for AI server platforms.
• Develop automated validation frameworks, telemetry pipelines, and data‑driven workflows.
• Drive root‑cause analysis and validation readiness across multiple engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to improve debugging and automation practices.
