Job summary

AMD in Secaucus, NJ is seeking a technical leader for system-level validation of next-generation AI and server platforms. You will define validation strategies, drive execution across hardware, firmware, software and infrastructure, and influence cross-functional engineering decisions.

You will mentor engineers, develop scalable validation frameworks, and lead large-scale test programs to improve product readiness and deployment reliability in hyperscale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level validation strategy for AI and server platforms.
• Define validation plans across scale-up and scale-out environments.
• Develop validation methodologies spanning CPU, GPU, memory, BIOS, BMC, networking, OS, infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and improve validation methodologies and automation.
• Drive validation readiness criteria and quality metrics.
