Job summary

Karbon is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead large-scale onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training for enterprise clients. You will act as the project manager, consultant, and change coach to ensure rapid time-to-value and long-term success on the Karbon platform.

You will own the customer implementation journey, coordinating with executive sponsors and end users, facilitating structured onboarding, and driving adoption through best-practice guidance and change

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience.
• Experience in project management and managing multiple customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer implementation journey as the project manager for enterprise accounts.
• Communicate across executive sponsors, firm administrators, and end users to align priorities.
• Facilitate structured onboarding including kickoff meetings, process reviews, and training.
• Provide professional guidance on workflow design, operations, and change management to maximize adoption.
• Coach through change management and drive customer readiness for new processes.
• Ensure data integrity during migrations using Excel and related tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support for smooth handoffs.
• Deliver measurable ROI and value to customers with Karbon.
• Leverage AI in implementation work to support planning and communications.
