Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. AI Growth Engineer to architect and build the infrastructure behind a new agentic AI marketing platform.

You will own the integrations, orchestration, UIs, and tooling used by marketing teams, partnering with leadership to ship capabilities rapidly. You will work directly with marketing and engineering leadership, embedding with teams to transform workflows, improve adoption, and enable self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Frontend engineering: production web apps with React and user adoption focus.
• Production experience with LLM/AI APIs and cost optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems.
• Strong systems design and multi-service architecture skills.
• Integration experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth; enterprise tools.
• Builder mindset, ambiguity-tolerant, strong communicator.
• CI/CD, containers, cloud infra, observability (AWS preferred).
• Proven experience using AI to improve workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build integrations: connect AI campaign engine to marketing stack (Workfront, Marketo, Google Docs, Slack, CMS).
• Develop orchestration layer for multi-agent pipelines and state management.
• Design and build intuitive web UIs for non-technical marketing users.
• Create production tooling: HTML/email generation, asset pipelines, content publishing workflows.
• Build analytics infrastructure: dashboards, agent scoring, A/B test tracking.
• Design, build, deploy AI agents and agentic workflows for GTM motion.
• Implement auth, permissions, and multi-tenancy for concurrent pipelines.
• Own CI/CD, testing, deployment pipelines, monitoring, alerts.
• Optimize performance: caching, parallelization, cost management for LLM calls.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, Eng., leadership to align roadmaps.
