Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant for AI Fluency Enablement to drive enterprise initiatives that build colleague capability and accelerate responsible AI adoption across Huntington.

The role turns AI priorities into practical solutions, partnering across AI Transformation, Talent, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Communications, and subject matter experts to enable onboarding, leadership enablement, and workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise AI Fluency initiatives across segments and stakeholder groups.
Diagnose business, performance, and workforce needs, then design learning and non-learning solutions.
Create scalable resources (facilitation guides, toolkits, playbooks, job aids).
Partner with AI experts to keep solutions current and integrate into onboarding and leadership enablement.
Establish standards and lifecycle practices for AI Fluency assets.
Organize content for enterprise search, Copilot, and learning platforms.
Promote content practices to improve reuse and reduce duplication.
Act as trusted consultant to AI Transformation Directors and business leaders.
Architect scalable learning and non-learning solutions addressing enterprise needs.
Influence leaders, align priorities, and communicate recommendations clearly.
Lead adoption strategies that promote responsible AI use and sustained engagement.
Build communities of practice and champion networks for local adoption.
Equip leaders with guidance, resources, and coaching.
