Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant for AI Fluency Enablement in Columbus, OH. The role leads enterprise initiatives to build colleague capability and accelerate responsible AI adoption across the bank, partnering with AI Transformation, Talent, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Communications.

The incumbent will own enablement strategy, content practices, adoption support, and measurement, turning AI priorities into practical solutions for daily work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, or related field.
Experience translating business priorities into practical learning solutions.
Preference for performance consulting and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead AI Fluency enablement initiatives across business segments and stakeholder groups.
Design scalable learning resources: guides, toolkits, playbooks, prompts, job aids.
Partner with AI experts to keep solutions current and integrated into onboarding and leadership enablement.
Define measures connecting learning to business outcomes and provide executive-ready updates.
