Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to lead AI Fluency Enablement across the enterprise. You will turn AI priorities into practical learning solutions, partnering with AI experts and business leaders to enable onboarding, leadership, and workforce initiatives.

The role focuses on content practices, adoption support, and measurement to demonstrate value, with a strong emphasis on responsible AI and governance-aligned training.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or related field translating business priorities into practical solutions.
• Experience in strategy, design, and measurement of enterprise learning and capability.
• Experience applying AI enablement and responsible-use practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI Fluency initiatives across business segments and stakeholder groups.
• Design and maintain scalable resources such as facilitation guides, toolkits, playbooks, communications, and prompt libraries.
• Partner with AI experts to keep solutions current and integrate AI Fluency into onboarding and leadership enablement.
• Establish standards for AI Fluency resources and improve content accuracy and accessibility.
• Define measures linking learning to business outcomes and prepare executive updates.
