Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant, AI Fluency Enablement, to lead enterprise AI fluency initiatives that empower colleagues to use AI effectively in daily work.

The role partners with AI Transformation, Talent, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Communications to design enablement solutions, establish content standards, and measure impact across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Enablement, Change Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise AI Fluency initiatives across business segments and stakeholder groups.
Design scalable resources such as facilitation guides, toolkits, playbooks, communications, job aids, prompt libraries, and self-service learning tools.
Partner with AI experts to keep solutions current, and integrate AI Fluency into onboarding, leadership enablement, and workforce initiatives.
Influence leaders, build alignment across differing priorities, and communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Define measures that connect learning, capability, adoption, and behavior change to business priorities and outcomes.
