Job summary

Charles Schwab in El Paso, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Fluency & Adoption to design and scale learning programs that enable a workforce to effectively use AI tools. You’ll shape adoption roadmaps, proficiency standards, and hands-on experiences across Operations.

You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, translate AI concepts into practical guidance, and build communities of AI champions to sustain adoption on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a scalable AI fluency and adoption roadmap aligned with Operations priorities.
• Design role-based learning journeys, proficiency expectations, and development pathways for varying AI fluency.
• Create hands-on learning experiences for Microsoft 365 Copilot and other approved AI tools.
• Build AI Champion, Power User, and peer-learning communities across the organization.
• Equip leaders to model effective AI use, address barriers, and encourage responsible experimentation.
• Translate evolving AI concepts into clear, audience-specific guidance for employees and leaders.
• Use adoption data and feedback to identify needs and evaluate progress.
• Coordinate with Operations, Employee Experience, Communications, Technology, and learning partners to deliver a consistent adoption experience.
