Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to join the AI Trust and Governance team within the Office of the CEO. You will lead architecture, platform innovations, and large-scale distributed systems powering trusted AI.

You'll mentor engineers, set technical direction, and collaborate with product, architecture, Data Cloud, and AI Platform teams to deliver cloud-native services. Strong in core and near-core systems with high concurrency is valued.

Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science.
• 4+ years industry experience in system or database internals programming.
• 4+ years technical leadership in architecture and design of enterprise server platform or systems.
• Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
• Experience with highly concurrent multi-threaded/multi-process data structures and design.
• An innovator's mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented attitude.
• Strong Java or C programming skills.
