Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a key product area within its commerce platform. You will operate largely independently, tackle open-ended problems, and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision, leveraging AI-powered capabilities.

You will work with engineering, product, and client stakeholders to drive delivery, validate concepts with AI, and ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAAS/enterprise products, preferably eCommerce or marketplaces.
• Experience with AI-powered products or AI workflows.
• Proven track record across full product lifecycle and impact measurement.
• Experience unifying multiple platforms and ecosystems.
• Experience synthesizing qualitative research into themes and priorities.
• Experience prototyping concepts with AI to validate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term vision and roadmap for a product area at Rithum.
• Synthesize client feedback and survey data using AI to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Prioritize roadmap decisions with AI-assisted insights and data exploration.
• Prototype product concepts and workflows using AI tools.
• Lead end-to-end development from concept to launch with QA and adoption.
