SupportFinity™ is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the AI and Commerce Foundations Team. In this role, you'll define our AI strategy for the B2B e-commerce platform and manage the intersection of platform architecture, AI model integration, and external partner value. A clear communicator, you'll navigate technical trade-offs while focusing on partner needs, bringing product ideas to fruition.

Qualifications
