Job summary

CWILL is seeking its first US-based platform PM to turn what the engineering platform delivers into a practical, revenue-driving product for US merchants. You will co-own cross-product journeys, define AI Agent use cases, and shape GTM with the CEO.

You will partner with the Platform Engineering team to translate data, AI, and infrastructure into an integrated merchant platform, and you’ll work across time zones to align teams and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product experience, with 2+ years building AI/LLM products.
• Background in B2B SaaS, multi-product platforms.
• Proven ability to do real customer discovery with merchants.
• Fluent in AI application product design: task definition, tool calling, human-in-the-loop.
• Comfortable coordinating across time zones with a distributed team.
• Experienced with AI tooling and workflow design in product contexts.

Responsibilities

• Go deep with US mid-market Shopify merchants to validate use cases and needs.
• Validate use cases with lighthouse customers before building.
• Design end-to-end journeys across CWILL products and platforms.
• Own the unified platform experience: information architecture and navigation.
• Define AI Agent tasks, tool-calling scope, and escalation logic.
• Translate merchant problems into crisp platform requirements for engineering.
