RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, AI transformation to lead the company’s AI agenda from setting ambition to execution.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to define AI priorities and work with IT and business functions to deliver against the strategy. This office-based hybrid role requires strong product management discipline, experience with AI/ML concepts, and the ability to translate visions into structured requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 7+ years of product management, digital delivery or transformation experience.
• Experience with agile or squad-based delivery models.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and data science workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end roadmap and delivery of AI/data products across squads.
• Translate business problems into executable product scope and backlogs.
• Define requirements and embed AI into operational workflows for value realization.
• Define data requirements and ensure data readiness for AI models.
