Job summary

Front Row is seeking a Product Manager for Catapult to drive the roadmap, scale our ecommerce platform, and enhance automation, analytics, and marketplace integrations. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, insights, and business leaders to shape the tech stack and deliver tangible business outcomes.

You will own agile ceremonies and lead AI-driven discovery, prototyping, and stakeholder communication, ensuring fast iteration and valuable user experiences for brands across markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ecommerce, marketplaces, or SaaS.
• Experience with AI tooling in daily workflows and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product roadmap for Catapult modules, improving automation and analytics.
• Lead platform capabilities and internal systems for optimized workflows.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
• Use AI-native workflows for discovery, analysis, and PRD drafting.
• Prototype and validate ideas with AI tools and clickable prototypes.
• Identify and ship AI-powered capabilities across Front Row.
