Job summary

Rep AI is building an AI-powered sales assistant for e-commerce brands. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own core product areas end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, AI/ML, sales, and customer success to turn customer problems and business goals into a clear strategy, roadmap, and measurable impact, including platform/SDK expansion beyond Shopify.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning complex products end-to-end.
• Strong product sense: ability to simplify complexity and focus on real customer value.
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and cross-functional.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product strategy for key domains (AI assistant behavior, merchant tools, platform/SDK, analytics).
• Translate company goals (ARR, expansion, retention) into clear product initiatives.
• Deeply understand merchants, shoppers, and internal stakeholders through research, data, and direct customer interaction.
• Identify and validate opportunities using qualitative and quantitative insights.
