Job summary

Marketbridge is building an AI-powered operating system for B2B marketing and seeks a Senior Director of Product Management to own major parts of the platform end-to-end.

You will move at pace, shipping features rapidly, setting the bar for how we build, and guiding the team from idea to production. You will collaborate across engineering, analytics, and creative teams and mentor product talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience owning complex products end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in CS / Software Engineering / IS / Data Science or related field.
• Hands-on with Claude and OpenAI, and familiarity with modern AI tools.
• Track record shipping products on fast timelines in service-agency contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery for major areas of the platform.
• Turn direction into shipped software with end-to-end testing.
• Set standards for spec-driven development and PRDs.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics and creative teams to ship quickly.
