Job summary

MaintainX is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for AI-powered product surfaces across web and mobile, partnering with PMs, engineers, and other designers to simplify frontline workflows.

You will design AI-enabled experiences for maintenance technicians and facility managers, translate ambiguous AI problems into testable solutions, and contribute to a scalable design system while presenting work to executives. Fluent English and strong storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features such as natural language interfaces, agents, and predictive insights.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with strong typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
• Systems thinker who can spot patterns, build for reuse, and scale design decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to articulate design intent and influence peers.
• Expert level of English, both spoken and written, for cross-team collaboration with executives.
