Job summary

MaintainX, a leading design-forward platform for industrial and frontline teams, is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead a team of designers shaping complex workflows. You will partner with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are grounded in user needs and business goals, while growing design talent and elevating craft across web and mobile.

You will drive a clear design vision, mentor 4–6 designers, and champion AI-powered experiences to improve speed and quality of output.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• 1–3 years of experience managing product designers.

Responsibilities

• Own design quality across web and mobile product areas.
• Lead and grow a team of 4–6 product designers; conduct 1:1s and provide feedback.
• Translate product strategy into focused design execution and vision.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering leads to align priorities.
• Raise the craft bar through design critiques and design system investments.
• Lead the team in adopting AI tools and practices to accelerate design work.
