Job summary

Klaviyo seeks a Lead GTM Data Operations Analyst to own and optimize an agentic data quality pipeline in Denver. You’ll drive detection, enrichment, hierarchy mapping, and resolution across onshore and offshore teams to improve reliability and coverage.

Role requires 3–6 years in GTM/Data Ops with Snowflake, SFDC, Claude Code, and AI-assisted enrichment experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with measurable outcomes and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Data Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops with hands-on data quality ownership for account and contact data.
• Proficiency with Snowflake (SQL for querying, analysis, validation) and SFDC (object model, field configuration, data flows).
• Experience with Claude Code or comparable LLM tooling in an operational context.
• Experience designing and running AI-assisted enrichment workflows (Clay + LLM prompts) and evaluating accuracy/coverage.
• Comfort operating in a command-line environment: tmux, shell scripts, log analysis, batch processing.
• Strong written communication and process design mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate, tune, and extend agentic data quality pipeline (detection, enrichment, hierarchy mapping, conflict resolution) so it runs reliably and expands coverage.
• Own handoff between automated output and human review, coordinating with offshore team.
• Run and optimize the production pipelines (Cartographer / Sentinel / Resolver) and maintain orchestration scripts.
